dont toungue block, play into a mason jar to hear yourself, on stage put your finger in your ear to hear your inner sound (you dont need to hear yourself only the audience does) back off the mic (dont eat it) and use hand effects. dont eat anything before playing. never play a childs harmonica (dont let kids eat and play) that black stuff that collects in the holes is skin from you lips scrape it out (you dont want a lung infection) to avoid blowing out your D harp make sure ask several times if its A or A minor. if you play a D in A minor you will blow a reed out. dont slap out spit hard the harp will cave in. ok thats all i can think of ---oh and worship sonny boy williamson II.

Adam talk about training your ear to pick the right harp for any song in this video. I like this guy's style because not only is he teaching how to play physically he also teaches mindset, prep work etc.

Here is the first of 7 in a series that Adam has put together. There is more talking than playing but what he has to say sure makes a point. Do you have the Gibs?
