yup, its plugged. The small piece on top routes your air over the hole at a good angle, so you don't have to focus on that. Its gotta be set correctly by moving it toward or away from the hole. When you find the right spot, just hot glue it on.

heres a pvc flute i made awhile back, sounds pretty cool. The mouth piece set up works like a charm, super EZ, and great learning build!
