howdy ted, just stopped by to answer yer question about screws for access  into body.yes one reason i use screws instead of glue on a lot of instruments is the fact that i can improve some areas of the instruments function by having easy access to the inside of the body.tweaking the neck angle for better action is one area i can improve on with access.i can put one alltogether without electronics and play it fer an hour and then go back and add electronics later if i want to because its simple to get into the body from the front or the back if the top and back are screwed down.
