Ted Hartman said… Hi Steve,
How are things going?
i am new to this, don't know a lot a bout getting a round in here yet.
i finally built my first cbg a 2 string bass/guitar i didn't use a standerd neck length
12 fret an octive to octive 27 inch neck with bass pickup. it's hard to tune, have to agust .the intuneation and tune the mashine heads about every half an hour or so
it plays magor cords root and 3rd ok .
Have you been doing cbgs long? i saw a video on youtube and i was hooked these things are realy cool! Getting started soon on a 3 string cbg going to use standerd
neck length this time and guitar frets instead of bass. do you know what would be
a good neck length? 22.5"/ 24" / 25.5" i like the deeper sounds but the 22.5 seems
like what alot of what's out there. please bear with my spelling, i know it's really
bad. about 10 years or sow i lost much of my spelling and grammer abillitys.
thanks for the invite frend. hope to here from you soon. i could really use some
advice.
